Etengo is all about diversity. And it sent out a clear signal by sending more than 40 employees to Christopher Street Day Rhein-Neckar 2022. Decked with the motto ‘GO for it – diversity beats monotony’, the packed Etengo float joined the rainbow-coloured parade through the city centre of Mannheim to champion the causes of diversity, acceptance and respect.
We create prospects. For IT freelancers and for the next generation. Etengo is aware of its responsibilities and has been supporting the education of Generations Y and Z at the universities of the Rhine-Neckar region for years.
At SRH University in Heidelberg, it is all about the students. Practice-based learning in small teams, gradual skills acquisition in five-week sprints and personal support from lecturers.
