SAP SD/LE End User (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in SAP SD/LE for our client, a leading global provider of polymer solutions and an automotive supplier.

Logistics / Shipping (50%)

• Verifying customer information and shipping specifications
• Maintaining shipping statistics (quantities per item/customer/time period)
• Configuring packaging (number of items per package, dimensions, weights)
• Setting and maintaining delivery deadlines
• Preparing shipping documents (delivery notes, labels, invoices, packing slips)
• Processing shipping orders and communicating with customers and portals

Order-to-Cash / Master Data (50%)

• Creating new material numbers and maintaining item master data
• Creating and verifying bills of materials
• Allocating production capacities and maintaining planning parameters
• Defining lot sizes, scrap factors, and item dependencies (packaging, raw materials, etc.)
• Managing the product lifecycle and adjusting production lots and bills of materials accordingly

Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus

• Extensive experience in SAP Sales and Logistics (SD/LE) as well as in core QM processes.
• Knowledge of packaging and shipping documentation,
• in-depth knowledge of material master data, bills of materials, production parameters, and sales processes.
• High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry (QM and master data).

Nice to have:

• Experience in training end users
• Experience in process harmonization and standardization
• Proficiency in stakeholder management within complex transformation programs
• Understanding of customer-specific requirements in SAP
• Ability to collaborate across functions with the Logistics, Production, Planning, and Maintenance departments
• Knowledge of German is a plus
