Für unseren Kunden aus der Automatisierungstechnik suchen wir einen SPS-Programmierer/ Inbetriebnehmer (m/w/d), der 3-4 x im Jahr 3-4 Wochen leistet.
Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich
- Durchführung der Inbetriebnahme von Robotikanlagen bei internationalen Kunden, einschließlich der Roboter von FANUC, KUKA und ABB
- Programmierung und Konfiguration der Robotersteuerungen gemäß den spezifischen Anforderungen der Kunden
- Identifikation und Behebung von Fehlern und Störungen während der Inbetriebnahmephase
- Schulung des Kundenpersonals in der Bedienung und Wartung der Robotikanlagen sowie Bereitstellung von technischem Support
- Erstellung detaillierter Dokumentationen und Berichte über die erbrachten Leistungen und die Leistungsfähigkeit der Anlagen
- Sicherheitsüberprüfung: Durchführung von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen und -tests, um sicherzustellen, dass die Anlagen den geltenden Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen
Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Robotikanlagen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit TIA Portal 1500
- Sehr gute WINCC Erfahrung
- PLC5 Erfahrung
- SEW Motoren Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Profinet / Isanet mit den dazugehörigen Visualisierungssystemen
- Erfahrung mit Rockwell Factory Talk View
- Siemens S7 Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Intralogistik oder im Handling
- Erfahrung in Retrofit-Projekten und der Umrüstung von Altanlagen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
