For our customer we are looking asap for a SAP SuccessFactors Architect (f/m/d) to support the project.
Background
Customer is implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module (for process ERA Leistungszulage) and, therefore, requires IT0008 data and respective wage types being mastered in SFSF EC.
Responsibilities
- Wage Type Catalogue in HCM (PY) and Customizing HCM (PY)
- Pay Components & Pay Component Groups in EC
- Business Rules for indirect valuation in EC
- Fields in Job Info (Pay Scale Type, Pay Scale Area, Pay Scale Group, Pay Scale Level, FTE, Working hours per week and working hours per period) in EC
- New fields (e.g., FTE, Working Hours) in Compensation Information and Job Information (Import/Export, data transformation in Excel, time splits) in EC
- Actions (pay scale increase, reclassification) in EC
- In HCM and EC (IT0008, compInfo)
- Exclude contingent workers from replication in HCM (BIB)
- Create IKS Report (customer team)
- Adjustment of FTSD (probably to 01.01.24), time splits, retro calculation in HCM (BIB)
- Off Cycle Event rules (“automatic next increase of basis pay”) in EC/HCM (PY)
- Business rules for pay scale increase in EC
- Test phase regarding data migration (payroll run incl. FI posting – first replication from EC to HCM – check: second payroll run and posting to FI) in HCM (PY)
- Configuration deployment
- Go Live Support in EC/HCM (PY)
- Reconciliations with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation project in EC/HCM (PY)
- Test Support Activities in EC/HCM (PY)
