Senior PLM Expert (w/m/d)

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior PLM Expert (m/f/d) to provide strategic consulting and support for a comprehensive PLM transformation. The assignment focuses on optimizing PLM processes, integrating PLM and ERP systems, ideally PTC Windchill and SAP S/4HANA, and managing key stakeholders and implementation partners within an international high-tech environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage complex PLM transformation projects
• Align PLM strategy with business objectives and digital roadmap
• Optimize processes (requirements management, BOM and BOP management, variant/configuration management, change management)
• Drive integration between PLM and ERP systems
• Manage external implementation partners and stakeholders
• Ensure scalability, compliance, and enterprise architecture alignment
• Actively participate in solution validation, testing, and implementation when required

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in leading and delivering PLM projects within an industrial environment
• In-depth knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and relevant PLM systems, ideally PTC Windchill
• Extensive experience with PLM transformations and digitalization programs
• Strong knowledge of product data models and PLM data structures
• Extensive experience in variant and configuration management
• Extensive experience in change and requirements management
• Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Process (BOP) management
• In-depth understanding of enterprise integration concepts
• Extensive experience in integrating PLM and ERP systems
• Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA
• Solid understanding of production and manufacturing processes
• Extensive experience in managing senior-level stakeholders and external implementation partners
• Good commercial understanding of complex project and transformation initiatives
• Based in Bulgaria
