We are looking for a IT Project Manager (f/m/d) with Battery Passport Kowhow.
Hintergrund
The Digital Battery Passport project addresses a mandatory EU requirement for industrial batteries above 2 kWh from 18 February 2027, in accordance with EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542. The customer is developing an end-to-end solution that collects, manages, and provides battery information throughout the entire lifecycle via a QR code and web portal. The passport will include data such as manufacturer information, carbon footprint, supply-chain due diligence, material composition, recycled content, and battery performance and durability metrics. The project focuses on integrating multiple systems, supporting both internally manufactured and third-party batteries, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The implementation is planned throughout 2026, covering design, integration, testing, and governance activities including GoLive with hypercare in 2027.
Aufgaben
- Establish an End-to-End solution: Build a battery data structure within SAP ERP systems P01 & P50
- Implement interfaces to P81 (APAC ERP) and Battery plant systems
- Provide an API and / or portal to receive battery data from third party battery suppliers
- Develop possible changes within MES systems
- Design and create a Digital Battery Twin within the Customer Digital Twin environment
- Integrate the website to show the battery data into the existing brand customer portals
- Leverage authentication mechanisms provided by CIAM (customer identity access management).
Qualifikationen
- experienced Project Lead with knowledge in Battery Passport
- Extensive project management experience in a multi-team/multi-stakeholder environment required
- Good overall understanding of SAP ERP systems and data structures
- Ability to execute a hybrid project approach with significant agile elements
- Experience in implementing comparable solutions would be preferable, proven track record of projects with more than 4 teams required
