Agile Coach (f/m)
Projektbeschreibung
For our customer we are looking for an Agile Coach (f/m).

Tasks/responsibilities:
  • Create a strong vision on agile values and benefits
  • Help teams to understand and measure what customer value means
  • Improve the process of developing customer-oriented products and services in short iterations
  • Inspect and adapt an enterprise wide software engineering process, from conception through implementation, testing and delivery
  • Motivate teams and individuals for continuous change
  • Promote leadership principles on all levels
  • Help teams to find specific ways how to turn agile values and principles into tangible measures
  • Lead and facilitate agile events like discovery, sprint planning, daily stand-up, review and retrospective
  • Conduct team training and individual coaching sessions for all aspects of agile ways of working
  • Coach the Scrum Masters and other people to develop their agile skills
  • Identify and remove team and organisational impediments
  • Plan an agile transformation roadmap and breakdown into iterative & incremental pieces and collaborate with other agile coaches to constantly drive change
  • Ideally take responsibility for one digital-, one classical-, one technical product, one country, one hierarchy level and one program or initiative
