For our client in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Senior Developer (f/m/d) Field Service Management to support us in the project.

Main responsibility

1. Support Field Service Management Program to streamline implementation, including but not limited to cutover and hypercare towards a solid Build & Run while balancing platform lifecycle activities between FSM and CX program

2. Ensure and enforce quality & scalability in the Role of FSM Lead Developer and Deployment Engineer

3. Enable & support development procedure in a DevOps manner

75% SalesForce – Senior Developer

1. Coach and supervise developers and consultants, advising on development best practices, functional solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and platform education

2. Act as Lead Developer

  • Perform quality checks and peer review within
  • Review, approve and merge pull requests, within your product team and across products

3. Review requirements and develop strategies to meet architecture / technology needs and improve organizational performance

4. Design of technical frameworks and patterns including data architecture

5. Realization and facilitation of complex technical tasks including coordination with adjacent units (e.g., integrations) and unit or staging testing

6. Document technical architecture design and analysis work (Confluence)

7. Manage and coordinate technical design and development

  • Agile delivery of the user stories in a prioritized manner within regular sprints and according to overall capacity
  • Prepare, Test, document and execute Releases within the environments, potentially also execute or support production releases
  • Foster and contribute to DevOps processes and tools (Copado, Jira, Confluence)
  • Seek and foster exchange within the custumer Hub

1. Support in analyzing and troubleshooting Incidents or Defects

2. Propose technical designs and solution proposals

3. Use effective visualization and written material to communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options and evaluations

4. Contribute to reach increment-specific “definition of ready” and “definition of done”

5. Contribute to effort estimations

6. Provide configuration and development according to development procedure

7. Conduct developer testing (unit testing and staging testing)

8. Document solution design and analysis work (Confluence)

9. Agile delivery of the user stories in a prioritized manner within regular sprints and according to overall capacity

10. Seek and follow guidance by Technical Architect

11. Seek and foster exchange within Chapter

12. Proactively exchange with and approach Chapter lead

These qualifications characterize you

  • Very good SF Lightning platform knowledge (Security, OWD, Visibility, Sharing)
  • Knowledge of FSL
  • Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management on Salesforce of complex landscapes
  • Used to working in Hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) environments, preferably experience in working in a SAFe ART
  • Well balanced between introducing methodology & Hands-On mentality
  • 5+ years Salesforce Experience
  • Development experience in APEX or OO programming on an enterprise level (5+ years)
