For our customer in the consumer goods industry we are loocking for an AI Literacy Trainer (m/f/d)

Hintergrund

The primary objective is to transform the customers 200-person Digital R&D organization into AI-ready product teams by Q4 2025. The key challenge is a lack of systematic AI knowledge and inconsistent data-driven decision-making within product development teams. The opportunity lies in accelerating product innovation, strengthening competitive advantage, and building organizational AI maturity aligned with the customers strategy.

Curriculum Design & Preparation

• Develop a comprehensive bootcamp curriculum focused on data automation, model training frameworks, and practical AI tool application
• Integrate topics from foundational AI concepts to advanced hands-on exercises, including traditional algorithms, machine learning system design, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering
• Align the content with the customers business use cases in the culinary and cleaning product domains

Workshop Delivery

• Lead monthly deep-dive, interactive sessions tailored to technical teams
• Facilitate hands-on labs, real-world case studies, and guided group exercises
• Demonstrate practical usage of AI frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, LLMs), in our Databricks environment
• Encourage active participation and address diverse learning needs

Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus

' Required:

• Background in Data Science or ML Engineering
• Passion for education

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with Machine learning and GenAI development
• Familiarity with Databricks platform
