Für unseren Kunden, ein international agierendes Industrieunternehmen, suchen wir ab dem 01.10.2025 einen Business Change Management Consultant (w/m/d), zur Erbringung der nachfolgenden Leistungen:

- Designing, mapping, validating, and documenting to-be processes
- Ensuring user adaptation
- Supporting the Business Change Management and Training Stream
- Creation of effective training materials and documentation for business colleagues
- Implementation (doing) and coordination of processes, flows etc.
Diese Qualifikationen zeichnen Dich aus
- Excellent experience in Business Change Management and User Adaptation
- Deep experience in production / manufacturing processes
- Profund knowledge in designing, mapping, validating, and documenting to-be processes with a strong focus on user adaption
- Skilled in cases of implementation (doing) and coordination of processes, flows etc.
- Proven project experience preparing training material, ensuring User Adoption and delivering Business Process documentation (i.e. SAP Signavio)
- Stakeholders and Conflict Management experience
- Fluency in English and German
